Notes

Please note the following warnings when using my candles.

My candles are made from high quality soy wax and cotton wicks.

      Production & Order

      • Each candle is handmade by me and no two candles are the same.
      • The colors may vary slightly from candle to candle.
      • Soy wax is a natural product and discoloration may occur after some time.
      • Temperature fluctuations can cause frosting or detachment from the glass.
      • The scent varies from product to product.
      • The names of the candles say nothing about the smell.

Should any of these cases occur, you agree that no returns or exchanges are possible.

      nerelles

      • Remove all packaging before lighting
      • If the candle starts to soot, extinguish the flame, remove the soot from the wick with scissors or a wick cutter and light the candle again
      • Keep the candle in sight at all times
      • Keep matches and lighters out of the reach of children
      • Show everyone in the family, especially children, how to use candles responsibly

      Glass candles

      • Do not use if the glass is cracked or damaged
      • Be aware that the glass of a burning candle can become very hot
      • Do not touch the glass again until it has cooled down
      • To ensure that the candle burns evenly, always let the candle burn for at least 4 hours. A slight wax residue on the edge of the glass is normal and varies depending on the color, fragrance and circumstances (drafts, etc.)
      • To avoid damage to surfaces, you should only use the candle with a suitable coaster when there is about 1 cm of wax left in the glass.

      Notes on storing candles

The candles are sensitive to temperature and light. Avoid fading, melting or breaking the candles. Store the products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or fluorescent light.

The temperature should not be more than 30 degrees or less than 4 degrees. Do not expose the candle to moisture, as this could make it impossible to relight the candle.

Follow these guidelines when traveling. Extreme temperatures in the car can quickly melt or freeze the candle.
